Refund and Returns Policy

Because each of our products is Logwise Quality Assured, we have full confidence in the quality of each order and its accuracy to our on-site product descriptions.

With this in mind we are proud to offer a refund policy for our firewood products, including all logs, kindling, firelighters and briquettes, per the following criteria:

• If your firewood does not align with the specification on the product page in terms of log size, wood type, moisture level and so on, we will provide a full refund.
• Firewood must have been stored correctly to prevent it from getting wet.
• Refund claims must be made within 1 week of delivery, as soon as the issue is identified.

If a delivery is refused by a customer because kerbside delivery is not acceptable and the order is returned a refund is given minus the initial delivery charge plus the return charge.
